Preceded in death by husband Joe. Survived by children Doug & Debbie; granddaughter Amelia. A celebration of her life will be Saturday (July 26) from 2-4 pm at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul. Phyllis died peacefully and has joined Joe as our 2nd Guardian Angel.
