Claire (Meunier) Bolduc, 96, of Fairhaven, formerly of New Bedford, died Monday July 14, 2014 at St. Luke's Hospital. She was the wife of the late Roland G. Bolduc.
Born in Farnum, Quebec, Canada, the daughter of the late Wilfred and Victoria (Brasseur) Meunier, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life.
She was a communicant of St. Joseph-St. Therese Church.
Mrs. Bolduc and her late husband owned and operated Bolduc's Market on Acushnet Avenue for many years.
She was an avid bridge player in the local area.
She is survived by her daughter, Janet Dobson and husband Robert of Dawsonville, GA; three grandchildren, Brian Dobson, Michael Dobson, and Kerry Gianniny; and six great-grandchildren.
Her Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Monday July 28, 2014 at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph-St. Therese Church. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visiting hours are omitted.
