Obituary

BEVERLY- Tessie V. (Brulinski) Czarnecki, 84, of Essex Street, Beverly, formerly of Salem, died Monday morning, May 28, 2001, at the Rosewood Nursing Home, Peabody, following a long illness. She was the wife of the late Stephen J. Czarnecki, Sr.

Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late Karol and Josephine (Sieczkowski) Brulinski.

Mrs Czarnecki was a resident of Salem for 47 years until moving to Beverly in 1987. She was a member of the Women’s Polish American Citizens Club and the Polish Women’s Gables Club, both of Salem, the Senior Citizens Club of Beverly and was a member of the board of directors of the Centerville Woods Tenants Association of Beverly.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Stephen J. and Joan Czarnecki, Jr of Salem, two daughters and sons-in-law, Lorraine and Walter Plamowski of Pinellas Park, Florida, Carol Ann and Richard Belli of Danvers, six grandchildren, Mrs Todd (Debra Ann) Copeland of Orlando, Florida, Mrs Michael (Carla) Faneuf of Middleton, Brian Belli of Seattle, Washington, David Czarnecki, Kathleen Czarnecki and Kevin Czarnecki, all of Salem, one sister, Helen Abramowicz of Worcester and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Violet Andrews and Rita Perduta.

Her funeral service was held on Friday, June 1, 2001, at 8 am from the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem, followed by a funeral Mass at 9 am in the Immaculate Conception Church, Salem. Visiting hours were Thursday, 4 to 8 pm. Burial was in St Mary’s Cemetery, Salem.
