Murray, Margaret T. of Marshfield, passed away on July 4th at her home, surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Harry Murray and the loving mother and best friend of the late Lynne Murray. Loving mother of Kim Murray and Nina Caporale of Randolph, Larry and Kathy Murray of Pembroke, Stephen Murray of Marshfield, Pamela and Bill Jackson of Marshfield and Kristina Murray of Marshfield. Loving grandmother of Griffin, Shannon, Shane Britney and Brooke. Dear sister of Leo, Johnny, Joe, Paul and the late Bibs and Frankie who she loved very much.
Margaret was born in Worcester, raised in Charlestown and grew up with six brothers. Margaret became a nurse and worked as a nursing home administrator. She retired in 2009 and enjoyed her family, friends and trips to the casino. Margaret was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be missed by many, but loved and remembered by all.
Visiting hours will be held in the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St., Rte. 139 in Marshfield on Wednesday, July 9 from 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral from the funeral home on Thursday, July 10 at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 40 Canal St. in Marshfield at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be held in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
