MARBLEHEAD- Mary C. (Wiggin) Parthum, 71, of Marblehead, died Friday, August 31, 2001 at the Brigham and Womens Hospital, Boston after a lengthy illness with cancer.
Born in Dover, New Hampshire, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Katherine (Haley) Wiggin.
She is survived by her husband, Charles A. Parthum of Marblehead, a son, Stephen C. Parthum of Marblehead, a daughter, Julie Zakas of Danvers, 6 grandchildren and many relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2001 at 11 AM at the Tabernacle Congregational Church, UCC, 50 Washington St., Salem, Mass. 01970. (Corner of Federal and Washington Streets.) Rev. Elizabeth Ann King, Pastor, officiated.
