Sharon Marjorie Bickert
Martinez, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, July 2, 2014, Sharon Marjorie Bickert, 71, wife of James H. Bickert of Martinez.
Mrs. Bickert was a native of Dayton, OH but lived in Martinez since 1970. She worked as a Teacher and Assistant Principal for Richmond County Board of education and retired after 30 years of service. Mrs. Bickert was a member of St. Theresa of Avilla Catholic Church in Grovetown, GA.
Family members in addition to her husband include son: Jimmy Bickert (Lisa) of Clarkston, GA; granddaughter: Elsa Bickert; sister: Marilyn Rueth (Tom) of Kettering, OH; and brother: Gary Romie (Carol) of Centerville, OH.
A memorial service will be Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel at Thomas Poteet & Son with Deacon Kerry Diver celebrant.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Theresa of Avilla Catholic Church Building Fund at 4921 Columbia Road, Grovetown, GA 30813 or to a charity of one’s choice.
