LouAnn Bryant, 59, of Fitzgerald, died Saturday, June 28, 2014, at Dorminy Medical Center in Fitzgerald.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Ocilla with the Rev. William Pope and the Rev. Cliff Kirkland officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethany Cemetery, Coffee County. The family will receive friends from 7-9 Tuesday evening at the funeral home in Ocilla.
Ms. Bryant was born September 27, 1954, in Irwin County, Georgia, to the late O’Neal & Josephine Graves Bryant. She was a graduate of Coffee County High School. LouAnn worked as a machine operator at Modern Fibers and a printing company in Jacksonville, Florida. She also worked in the Maintenance Department at Florida Junior College in Jacksonville. She loved to work and was an avid Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldog fan.
She is survived by her siblings and their spouses: Wanell Bryant Moncrief & Paul of Gray, Whitley & Pat Bryant of Ocilla, Joann Roberts of Douglas, Lucy & Warren Lowe of Wray, Otis & Dianne Bryant of Ocilla, Janis Gordon of Macon and John Carroll Bryant & Wanda of Axson. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
