PRAUGHT, Joseph W. III age 61, of Dedham and West Roxbury, June 27, 2014 after a brief illness. Beloved husband of Jeanne (Crehan) Praught. Devoted father of Elizabeth, Carolyn, and Joseph IV. Brother of Stephen, Ann and her husband Dominic DiVirgilio, Martha, Mary and her husband David Rozewski, and Ellen and her husband Matthew Booth. Son-in-law of Eleanor Crehan. Also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
Graduate of Northeastern University, BSME and MBA. Dedham youth soccer coach and West Roxbury pop warner coach. Joey was larger than life and will be greatly missed by all his friends.
Funeral from the P.E. Murray-F.J. Higgins, George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 2000 Centre St., WEST ROXBURY, Thursday, July 3 at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. John Chrysostom Church, West Roxbury at 10 am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Wednesday, July 2 from 3-8 pm in the funeral home. Interment Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham.
