
Frederick Morton “Ted” Palmer, 81, of Westport, died Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at St. Anne’s Hospital. He was the husband of Nina M. (Wachsmuth) Palmer. Born in Cambridge, MA, he was son of the late Raymond A. and Doris V. (Wilson) Palmer. A veteran of the Korean War, he served his country in the United States Army. After retirement from FW Woolworths, Ted enjoyed life on the Westport River.
Including his wife, he is survived by 4 sons: Scott Palmer, Douglas Palmer, Bryce Palmer and Jonathan Palmer; 3 daughters: Diane Bausher, Lisa Luttmann and Michelle Jackson; 4 brothers: Raymond Palmer, Jr., John Palmer, David Palmer and Paul Palmer; a sister: Susan Kelly; 6 grandchildren; a great grandson; and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the Westport Point United Methodist Church, 1912 Main Rd., Westport Point, MA at 11:00 A.M.
