Mildred L. Perry, age 84, died peacefully on Wednesday March 20, 2002 at the Annemark Nursing Home. She was born in Medford on January 25, 1918 to the late Howard S. and Jane (Greaves) Balsor.
She was a lifelong resident of Medford and a communicant of St. Josephs Church. She was employed as a clerk for an insurance company for over 20 years.
Mildred always had a way of making people feel special; she spent her whole life giving to others. She had always put the needs of others before her own.
Beloved wife of the late Samuel C. Perry. Loving mother of David P. and his wife Mary Perry of Largo, Florida, Samuel C. and his wife Barbara Perry of Moultonboro, NH, William F. and his wife Audrey J. Perry of Lynnfield, Frederick J. Perry and his girlfriend Patricia K. Ryan, both of Medford and James J. and his wife Darlene Perry of Burlington. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Funeral from the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford, Saturday at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in St. Josephs Church, 118 High Street, Medford. Visiting hours Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Interment, Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
