Thomas John Bergum 26 of Raynham and formerly of Hayward, WI passed away suddenly at his home on June 13, 2014.
Thomas' family will hold funeral services for him in his native Wisconsin on Saturday June 21st. He will be laid to rest in Greenwood Cemetery in Hayward, WI.
