CHICOPEE – Marjory Mackay (Mueller) Clark, 69, of Chicopee, was Called Safely Home on Wednesday, June 11, 2014. She passed into Eternal Life at the home of her daughter, Kim and her husband, Mark and their family surrounded by the care and comfort of her loving family and her wonderful caregivers, Amber and Mary from Life Choice Hospice. She was born in Glasgow, Scotland on July 16, 1944, a beloved daughter of the late Marjory (Mackay) Mueller Smith and Julius Mueller. She was raised and schooled in Scotland and as a military wife, settled in Hawaii in1970. She moved to Chicopee in 1977 where she lived for the remainder of her life. In 1988, she received a Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley. She was employed as a Medical Transcriptionist at New England Orthopedics in Springfield. She was a loving homemaker and mother to her family and showered them with her love and affection which was returned to her a thousand fold. She leaves her four loving children, Kimberly M. Boutin and her husband, Mark, of Chicopee, John C. Clark and his fiancée, Tracy Shaffer, of Granby, Michael W. Clark of Winslow, AR and Gregory R. Clark and his wife, Cindy, of Mountainburg, AR; her nine cherished grandchildren whom she adored, Joshua Clark and Ashleigh Clark, Amanda Galat, Michael Galat, and Jack Boutin, Gregory Clark, Jr., Alyssa Clark, Harley Clark, and Preston Clark; her cherished extended family, James Shaffer, James Shaffer, Jr, Robert Preston, Dao Phuthavongsa, David Hearn and Kaliph Thompson; her two dear sisters, Shelia Thompson and Carole Smith, both of England; her former husband, Roy L. Clark and his wife, Janis, of Bella Vista, AR; and her many dear nephews, nieces, cousins, and extended members of the Clark, Mackay, and Mueller families. As her health declined, she was lovingly cared for by the nurses and certified nurse assistants at Loomis Lakeside at Reeds Landing in Springfield. Her relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Monday, June 16, 2014 from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 6:30 p.m. at the St. Pierre – Phaneuf Aldenville Chapels, (413-532-9806), 13 Dale Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. The parking lot and main entrance are located in the rear of the funeral home at 20 Lafayette Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. Her burial will be private at the convenience of her family.
