Laura Ann (Spaulding) Yetman, of Plymouth formerly of Waltham, died on June 9th at Tufts Medical Center in Boston at the age of 68. She is survived by her beloved husband William “Bill” Yetman Jr of Plymouth and her children Angie M. O’Donoghue and her husband Jerry of Harwich, Michelle M. Guevremont of Plymouth, Suzanne M. Gordon and her husband Peter of Carver, Danielle M. Yetman and her significant other Al Kent of Carver and William Yetman III of Plymouth. She also leaves her brother Will Spaulding of Hancock, her sisters Carolyn Doyle of Maine and Susan McGuigan of Florida and her 5 grandchildren: Marc Yetman, Sarah and Ricky Guevremont, Cory O’Donoghue and Laurinda Gordon. Her granddaughter Emma Kent will be arriving soon. She was the sister of the late Peter Spaulding of Florida.
Laura was born in Waltham, daughter of the late Warren and Stella (Belliveau) Spaulding. She graduated from Quincy College, Magna Cum Laude with her Associate’s Degree in January 2009. Laura was an advocate for victims of domestic violence. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Visiting hours will be held at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court St (Rt 3A), N. Plymouth on Wednesday, June 11th from 4 to 8 PM. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church on Thursday June 12th at 10 AM followed by burial at Vine Hills Cemetery in Plymouth.
