Annie Pearl Truelove Bailey, 80, of Tifton died Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at the Rehabilitation Center of South Georgia. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2014, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. Salone Green, Rev. Terrell Roberts and Rev. Jimmy Albritton will officiate with burial to follow at Tift Memorial Gardens. Ricky Williams, Tim Owens, Garrick Lamb, Tommy McNair, Dewey Drawdy, Carlos Truelove and Blake Payne will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 6, 2014, from 2:30 p.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mrs. Bailey was born on October 15, 1933 in Worth County and was the daughter of Harrison Truelove and Suzie Brooks Truelove Pitts, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by one brother. She was a homemaker and a member of Carpenter Road Church of God. She was also a member of the Red Hatters.
Mrs. Bailey is survived by her husband, James Warren Bailey of Tifton; one son and daughter-in-law, Wayne Noah and Betty Jean Lamb of Rebecca; two daughters and a son-in-law, Peggy and Mark Owens of Tifton and Brenda Sue Hearn of Tifton; three brothers, Marcus Truelove of Cairo, Roy Truelove of Ashburn and Jackie Coats of Sycamore; four grandchildren, Garrick DeWayne Lamb, Timothy Mark Owens, Stephanie Owens Roland and Richie Thomas Williams; and six great-grandchildren, Sarah Lamb, Monica McDonald, Anna Bell Roland, Slade Owen Roland, Natalie Nicole Williams and Hannah Williams.
