Ralph F. Santolucito, a life-long Malden resident died Monday at the Winchester Hospital.He was 82.
Mr. Santolucito was born in Medford, the son of the late Lawrence and the late Margaret Gwendolyn (Young) Santolucito. He served in the Coast Guard for 4 years during World War II
on the USS Cypress. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans association. Ralph worked as an automobile mechanic all his life. He was with Fells Auto in Medford and the former Cullinade Ford in Marlborough, untill his retirement.
He was the beloved husband of Helen (Young) Santolucito. He was a devoted father to Linda McCaul and her husband Edward of Voorhees, NJ, Ralph F. Santolucito, Jr. and his wife Althea of Malden. He was a loving grandfather to Kathy, Derek, Jason and a loving great-grandfather to Cameron. He was the brother of Joseph Santolucito of CA, and the late Kay Andries and Walter Santolucito.
Friends and family may visit Friday from 4 - 8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford. A Funeral Mass will be offered in the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden, Saturday at 9 AM. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
