Gloria A. (Duclos) Pelletier, age 76, passed away on May 26, 2014 at Heritage Hall Nursing Home in Agawam. She was born on Oct. 20, 1937 in Chicopee. She was a daughter of the late Joseph Arthur and Lucille (Sansoucy) Duclos. Gloria worked as a health care giver for Hawthorne Services in Chicopee for 10 years before she retired in 2000. She was a communicant of the former Assumption Parish. Gloria loved flowers and tending to her garden. She is predeceased by her husband Francis Pelletier who passed away in 2006. She leaves 5 sons, Michael and his wife Debbie, Daryl, Donald, and Steven, all of Chicopee and Bruce and his wife Judy of Granby. She is predeceased by her daughter Michelle Sampson and 2 brothers, Joseph and George Duclos. She leaves 4 sisters, Simone Barrows of Springfield, Diane Chartrand of Canada, Dona Kamuda of Rutland and Denise Guberski of Rutland. She also leaves her 4 beloved grandchildren, Christine, Richard, Darlene and Samantha and 4 great grandchildren. Calling hours will be held on the morning of the funeral, Saturday, May 31, 2014 at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee from 10-11 a.m. with a funeral home service at 11 a.m. followed by burial in St Rose de Lima Cemetery.
