G. Stephen Madi, 54 of Londonderry, NH, passed suddenly at his home on Monday May 26, 2014. He was born May 20, 1960 in Ayer, MA, the son of Gyula and Frances (DeCarlo) Madi. Stephen was raised and educated in Melrose, MA. He was a long-time baseball and basketball coach with the Londonderry Athletic Fields Association. Stephen had been a self-employed contractor for many years, but was known as a “Jack of All Trades”, who enjoyed helping people. He will forever be remembered as a loving father and brother, and a “Go To Guy”.
Members of the family include his daughter, Sabrina Ashley Madi, two sons, Stephen Michael Madi and Andrew Thomas Madi, their mother, Wendy Madi, two sisters and their husbands, Michelle and Jack Fulton, and Laura Madi –Clegg and Chris Clegg, all of Billerica, MA, and a niece and nephew, Jacob and Kaitlin Fulton.
Calling hours were held on Friday, May 30, 2014 from 4 to 7 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. Private funeral services are being planned by the family.
