She was the former Karen Flynn. She was a Homemaker, a member of St Patrick Catholic Church, she enjoyed Golf, Travel, Reading and was an avid Card Player; She was known for her baking and her chocolate chip cookies.

Survived by her husband of Richard William Meade; Children Richard Meade IV (Amy) and Sean Patrick Meade (Kinder); Brothers William, John, and James Flynn;
Sisters Alyce Whalen, Mary Lou Flynn, Sheila McCorkle and Susan Casey; Grandchildren Olivia, Jacqueline, William, Brady, MacKenzie, Colton, and Catherine; God Children Kellie Smith, Bridgett Lasbury-Casey, and Brendan O’Connell.
Her Funeral Mass will be 11 am Thursday at St Patrick Catholic Church 1000 N. Beckley Station Rd. Cremation will follow with Burial at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
