Catherine “Gerry” (Connolly) Camara, age 83, of Swansea passed away May 20, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Jeremiah Camara Sr., and daughter of the late James and Nora (Curly) Connolly, a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Dominic’s Parish.
She is survived by her children Jeremiah Jr. Camara of Fall River, Kevin Camara of Swansea, Colleen Souza (husband Steven) of Assonet, Eileen Davey (husband Michael) of Cranston RI and Kathleen Mello (husband William) of Fall River, brother James Connolly of MA, 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Thomas Connolly.
Her calling hours will take place in the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on THURSDAY from 4-7. Internment private.
