Geraldine E. “Geri” Cataldo passed away peacefully at her Reading home in the company of her loving family. She was 77.
Geri was raised in Cambridge, the daughter of the late George and Catherine (Kiley) Cummings. Medford resident for nearly 50 years, Geri was a supervisor in the criminal case office at the Somerville District Court for 30 years. Geri was devoted to her family and enjoyed the spending time with her family and friends. She especially enjoyed her sharing in the lives of her grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting and made blankets which are treasured by family and friends.
Friends and family may visit Thursday from 4 – 8 PM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford and again on Friday morning at 8 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Raphael Church at 9 AM. Burial will be private.
The beloved wife of Sabino "Sonny" Cataldo, she was a devoted mother to Sabino Cataldo Jr and his wife Tracy, Jeanmarie Cataldo and her partner Jim Carozza, Anthony Cataldo and his wife Lisa, Michael Cataldo and his wife Tina. She leaves her ten loving grandchildren and 2 loving great-grandchildren.
