Obituary

Manchester– Lorraine L. Cameron, 85, died May 4, 2014 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack after a week of hospice care. Our loss on earth is heaven’s gain of a selfless, loving, and free-spirited soul.
Lorraine was born in Manchester on September 25, 1928 the daughter of Camile and Yvonne (Lussier) Arel and had been a lifelong resident of this city.
She cherished her niece and nephew Denise Arel-Vaillancourt and Jules Vaillancourt, who cared for her in their home.
Her passion in life was to be surrounded by her grandnieces Katie Ann Vaillancourt and Allison Vaillancourt-Mancini and to be involved in all their accomplishments.
Lorraine worked for A & P Stores of NH for 22 years. She was an avid gardener and loved preparing her flower gardens to share with all. She also had a love and appreciation for cooking and could be found baking desserts from scratch in the back kitchen of her home. Lorraine will be deeply missed by her loving family whom hold such fond memories of holidays, stories, and antics. She added extra color to her family’s lives and will never be forgotten.
