Sbraccia, Bernard Domenic, of Avon, MA. Born 4-22-1920, Boston, MA, age 93, lacking 1 day before his 94th birthday & entered into eternal life April 21, 2014 on his late wife's Elda Ann (Susi) birthday, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Brockton MA .Preceded in death by his father Bernard V Sbraccia, Italy & his mother Vincenza M Campiglia, Boston, MA. Survived by 2 sons, Brad William Sbraccia & Robert Vincent Sbraccia & late sister Sandra Ann Sbraccia & 1 brother Joseph Sbraccia & many nieces & nephews.


Pearl Harbor Survivor- received a Purple Heart & Certificate awarded as a testimonial of honest & faithful service to his country on 12-14-1943. Pilot Hero on B-24. Flew 52 bombing raid missions in World War 2, like a deck of cards. After the war Graduated from Museum of Fine Arts Boston MA & was a jewelry model maker & designer. Member of Braintree Puritan Bridge Club for 35 years & was a life Master.


A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held on Monday May 5, in The Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA at 1:15 PM. www.lawlerfuneralhome.com
