BOIARDI, Charles "Charlie" Lifelong resident of Wellesley, Died April 28, 2014. Beloved husband of 64 years of Helen E. (Timmons) Boiardi. Loving father of Steven Boiardi & his wife Mary of Medfield, Sharon Tanner & her husband James of Wellesley, Sheila Berens & her husband William of Wellesley. Cindy O'Connor & her husband John of Andover, & Kim Mahoney & her husband Richard of Wellesley, Dear brother of Richard Boiardi & his wife Ruth of Wellesley & the late Lazzaro Boiardi. Beloved son of the late Antonio & Ida (Zani) Boiardi, Cherished papa of 18 grandchildren Justin, Greg & his wife Laura, Michael & his wife Chelsi, Andy, Meghan, Brian, Emily, Katie, Dana, Matthew, Casey, Jennifer, Jake, Kevin, Billy, Kelly, Eric & Nicole & 1 great granddaughter Lucy.
During his career Charlie co-owned Automotive Equipment Service Ctr. in Wellesley with his long time business partner & friend William Cullen. He was an active member of the Italo American Educational Club. Charlie was devoted to his family & friends & his happiest times were spent surrounded by his loving family.
Family & friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass in St. Paul's Church, Wellesley, on Friday, May 2, at 10 a.m. Visiting hours omitted. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Needham.
