Bragg N.C. He was the Grandfather of Cristian Ramos of N.C., Alexis Serrano of Kentucky and Alyssa Serrano of Kentucky. and the Brother of Carmen Serrano of New Bedford. He had 1 Niece and 1 Nephew .
Mr serrano was born in Puertu Rico,and Lived in this area since 1976. He was the Son of the Late Petra ( Ruiz ) and Juan Serrano.
