Frances D. Santangelo, a life-long Somerville resident died peacefully at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital. She was 87. A devoted wife and mother Frances worked hard at home providing for her loving family.
The beloved wife of the late Erasmo, she was a devoted mother to Nicholas Santangelo and his wife Elaine of Melrose, Loraine Kirkland and her husband Scott of Rockland and Raymond Santangelo and his wife Mary Ellen of Woburn. She leaves her loving grandchildren: to Marie, Nicole, Lisa, Renee, Andrea and Barry and loving great-grandchildren: Stephen, Nathan, Bryan, Justin and Anthony. She was a dear sister to Rose Taranto, Gert Sottile and Tony Buscemi.
Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St. Medford, Tuesday April 29th at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, at 10 AM. Services will conclude with entombment at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit at the funeral home on Monday 4 - 8.
