Lorraine L. (Luce) Logan, a long-time Stoneham resident, died unexpectedly, Friday at the Lahey Clinic. She was 76.
Mrs. Logan was born in Medford, and raised in Scituate, the daughter of the late Raymond and the late Dorothy Mae (Johnson) Luce. After completing school, Lorraine settled back in Medford and began her family. She moved to Stoneham over 44 years ago. She was dedicated to her large and loving family, and held a special place in her heart for her 14 grandchildren.
She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Logan. She was a devoted mother to Sheila L. Cangiano and her husband Frank of Stoneham, Michael Logan and his wife Carla of Peabody, Kathy M. Logan and her fiance’ Joseph Cavaliere of Lynn, Thomas Logan, Jr. and his companion Rosanne Fabiano of Everett, Stephen Logan and his wife Lorena of Port St. Lucie, FL, Lorraine L. Logan and her fiance’ George Mastoras of Nahant, John H. Logan of Lynn and the late Maureen Logan. She was a loving “Nana” to 14 cherished grandchildren and a dear sister to Janice Mackey, Gloria McMaster both of Medford, Anita Palumbo of Wakefield, Robert and Raymond Luce of FL, Geoge Luce of NV, the late Mary Jane Brady and Ronald Luce.
Relatives and friends may visit Sunday from 4 - 8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central Street, Stoneham, Monday at 10 AM with the Reverend Father Paul G. Flammia, presiding. Burial will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery.
