Georgette ( St. Michel) Sicard, 79, of Westport, MA died on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014. She was the loving wife of the late Richard Sicard and daughter of the late George and Blanche (Perron) St. Michel.
Georgette leaves behind her son, Rev. Kenneth Sicard, O.P. of Providence College; 2 daughters: Michele Cain and companion Richard Beaudry, and Karen Newton and husband Fred, all of Westport; 3 granddaughters Ashley Cain of Olympia, WA, and Kelsey and Kailyn Newton of Westport. Georgette also leaves behind her brother, Gerald St. Michel and wife Colette of Somerset; and brothers-in law Roy Gillette of Fall River and Leo St. Pierre of Berkley.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 9:00 A.M. from the Potter Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
