Jeannette Pouliot, 96, formerly of 563 Rathbun St., died April 5, 2014 at St. Antoine Residence. She was the wife of the late Maurice C. Pouliot. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Phillippe and Roseanna (Deziel) Dubois. Mrs. Pouliot worked for the Home Coal Co. and the Bonin Spinning Co. for many years. She was a member of the Ladies Guild at St. Louis Church. She enjoyed knitting and sewing and spending time with her granddaughters.
She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline E. Cournoyer and her husband Robert of Jamestown, RI., a sister Violette Champagne of Woonsocket, two granddaughters, Nicole Shannon and Michelle Cournoyer, two great- grandchildren, Clyde and Elise, and many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Grace Bourque, Lucille Dubois, Rachel Deslauriers, and Therese Parenteau.
A Memorial Mass will be held Friday April 25, 2014 at 11:00 AM in St. Antoine Residence Chapel, 10 Rhodes Ave. Woonsocket. Burial will be private.
