Troy Allen Moore, Jr., 22, of Anderson, died unexpectedly April 4, 2014.
He was born April 24, 1991 in Anacon, Panama.
Survivors include his mother, Jennifer Jackson of Indianapolis, IN; father, Troy (Tammy) Moore of Hopkinsville, KY; paternal grandfather, Roger Kinderman; maternal grandparents: Stephen (Sheila) Leathers and Sue Leathers; brothers, Stephen Moore of Indianapolis, IN and Jason Smith of Hopkinsville, KY.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marty Kinderman.
A memorial service will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 11, 2014 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Dr. Kerry Robinson of East Side Church of God officiating. Visitation will be from noon until the service.
Memorial contributions may be given to Madison County Special Olympics.
