Robert M. Blaquiere Jr. of Haverhill died Thursday in the Merrimack Valley Hospital, Haverhill. Born in Revere, he was the son of the late Robert Sr. and Barbara (Sulkey) Blaquiere. Robert proudly served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
Beloved husband of the late Patricia (McCracken). Devoted father of Nicole Pierce of Haverhill, Michelle Blaquiere of Wilmington, and Christopher Blaquiere of Lawrence. Loving grandfather of Mia Costantino, Alison Pierce, and Dominic Costantino. Brother of Janice Clausen of Peabody, Susan Cooney of Everett, Mary Forbes of Peabody, Jacqueline Fourtounis of Somerville, and the late Patricia Palen.
A funeral will be held from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Saturday, April 5 at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis Of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4 - 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
