HOLDEN-Hazel G. (Beebe) Hultberg, 85, formerly of Chapel St. died Saturday, Oct. 30 in the Autumn Village, Worcester. Her husband, Walter C. Hultberg died in 1988. She leaves two sons, Douglas S. and his wife Barbara Ford of Naugatuck, CT, Ned T. Ford of Agawam; a daughter, Jayne F. wife of Ralph Lombardi of Worcester; a sister, Evelyn Meier of Middlebury, CT; 16 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a close friend, Simon E. Gregory of Holden. Three brothers predeceased her.
She was born in Middlebury, CT daughter of G. Wilbur and Florence (Hales) Beebe. Mrs. Hultberg and her husband owned and operated Topps Restaurant and Walt’s Bakery both in Brandon, VT for many years before moving to Holden. She was a member of the Eastern Star.
A private memorial service will be held in FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 1 W. Boylston St., W. Boylston. There are no calling hours. Burial will be in Englewood, FL. In lieu flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Assoc., 36 Cameron Ave., Cambridge, MA 02140-1102
