Wanda J. (Miller) Cassell, 77, passed away March 24, 2014.
She was member of Briargate Presbyterian Church and had retired from Bacons after 33 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her son Dr. Ronald E. Cassell; brothers Bobby and Michael Miller; sisters Pat Dorsey and Bonita Miller; sister-in-law Bessie Buckner.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years Guy C. Cassell Jr., son Guy C. Cassell III (Debbie), daughter Denise Lemmel (Dale),brothers Joe Miller (Debbie),Keith Miller (Tracy) and Tim Miller (Kim);grandchildren Clint, Amy, Bryan , Elizabeth, Chris, Jessica, Tiffany, Jeremy, Stephanie and Tyler; great-grandchildren Chloe, Ava, Arthur, Megan, Taylor, Maddox, Eden, and Annie; sister-in-law Jacquelin Johnson (Edward);several nieces and nephews and George and Barb Buckner my Rock.
Funeral service will be Saturday at 10 A.M. at Briargate Presbyterian Church 2100 Upper Hunters Trace with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens (West).
Visitation will be Friday from 12 until 8 P.M. at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway.
In Lieu of flowers donation should be made to Briargate Kitchen Fund.
