DeCoste, Rosemary (McTigue), of Marshfield, formerly of Randolph passed on February 28, 2014 after a long illness. Beloved wife of the late Paul DeCoste, Sr. Loving mother of Kathleen DeCoste, Paul DeCoste Jr., Brian DeCoste and his wife Mary and Sheila DeCoste and her partner Sean McGonagle all of Marshfield. Adoring grandmother of Sean DeCoste. Sister of Hugh McTigue and his wife Susan of Milton, MA, Dr. James McTigue and his wife Mary Louise of South Carolina and the late Donald and Patricia. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Rosemary was a graduate of St. Gregory’s High School in Dorchester where she was the President of her class. Rosemary worked for many years at the Sheraton Tara in Braintree. She enjoyed many years of participating in the choir of St. Ann by the Sea and was an active member at the Marshfield Senior Center.
Visiting hours will be held in the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St. Rte. 139 in Marshfield on Tuesday, March 4 from 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral from the funeral home on Wednesday, March 5 at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Ann by the Sea Church, 591 Ocean St. in Marshfield at 10:00 a.m.
Interment in Couch Cemetery.
