Marie majored in English at Northeastern University and greatly enjoyed correcting our grammar and augmenting our vocabulary with her voluminous knowledge of the English language, which she put to good use having worked for many years as a corporate writer for the Massachusetts Technology Development Corporation on State Street in Boston MA. Marie loved to sing in Church, was an elegant dancer and enjoyed all types of music, especially Big Band and Classical, but her favorite musician by far was Stevie Ray Vaughn. Marie was a devout catholic and generous to a fault, supporting to the best of her ability innumerable charities that worked to improve the lives of impoverished children and combat cancer and heart disease.
