Funeral Services for Fan Pylant age 102, of 320 E. Monroe Ave., Ashburn will be held at 2:30 P. M. Sunday at the Ashburn First Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Live Oak Cemetery. Mrs. Pylant died Saturday October 23, at Ashburn Health Care after long illness.
Mrs. Pylant was a native of Cherokee County, Ga. the daughter of the late William G. and Amanda Jane Cox Alberson. She was a retired Seamstress and a member of the Ashburn First Baptist Church and the Samaritan Sunday School Class. She was preceeded in the death by her husband John Curtis Pylant , one son and his wife Guy and Geneva Pylant.
Survivors include a grandson Curt & Jane Pylant, Sycamore a daughter-in-law Gloria Ellis Pylant, Ashburn, and Great-Grandchildren Shanna & Skip Hobby, Rebecca, Ven Pylant, Sycamore and Step-Granddaughter Alice & Patrick McMaster, Athens and a large number of Nieces and Nephews.
