Dear and loving sister of Rosario Diecidue of South Boston, Angela Roberto of Revere, Anthony Diecidue of East Boston, Marie Rideout of Stoughton, Charles Diecidue of California and the late Josephine Donnaruma, John Diecidue, Leonard Diecidue and Joseph Diecidue. Cherished grandmother of Alfred, Anthony, Daniel, Joseph, Shawn, Katelyn, Christina and Marko DiSessa and Leonard Mederios. Great grandmother of Daniel and Joseph DiSessa. Also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, Chelsea on Monday morning, October 25th at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Anthony's Church, 250 Revere Street, Revere at 10 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Born in Boston, and a resident of the North End and East Boston for most of her life, Catherine, age 72, passed away, unexpectedly at home in Leominster, where she has resided for the last 8 years. A devoted wife and mother, she spent all of her years attending to the needs of her family.
