JOVITA MURGUIA PINA, 96 of Ventura, passed away peacefully on Friday evening February 21, 2014.
Mrs. Pina was born March 2, 1917 in El Paso, Texas and was a Ventura County resident for the past 50 years. She was a local beautician in Ventura for over 50 years. She was a good cook and enjoyed watching cooking programs on television.
Survivors included sons Joseph and his wife Alma Pina, Arthur and his wife Marva Pina; daughters Gloria and her husband Eric Grunden; 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph, sons Fernando and Peter Pina and daughter Carol Pina.
