Mr. Emmett Winter Holt passed away September 26, 2004 at the Mississippi State Veteran's Home in Oxford, MS.
Visitation will be held at Seven Oaks Funeral Home on Monday, September 27, 2004 fron 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The funeral service will be Tuesday in Henry Chapel at Seven Oaks at 10:00 am, with Bro. David Freeman officiating. The committal service will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Ward Holt, on February 15, 2004. He is survived by: two sons, Joe W. Holt and Jerry Holt both of Water Valley, MS and 2 grandchildren, Mandy Holt and Lee Ann Holt.
Mr. Holt was a retired farmer. He served in the United States Army during World War II.
Serving as pallbearers are Bill McMinn, Jim McMinn, Earl McMinn, Lee McMinn, Jimmy Ward, Bob Ward, Larry Bell, and Mike Edwards.
