CHARLTON – Jacqueline L. (Snay) DuVerger, 61, of 34 Daniels Road, passed away Monday, October 18, in Bay State Medical Center, Springfield, after an illness.
She leaves her loving husband of 40 years, Donald L. DuVerger and three children; 2 sons, Mark L. DuVerger of Charlton along with his companion Deborah A. Elliott of East Brookfield, and Todd A. along with his wife Penny A. DuVerger of Holland; a daughter, Lee A. along with her husband Ira D. Stevens of Charlton; 2 sisters, Norma S. Paul of Webster and Jeannette N. Ciarcia of Tolland, CT; 4 grandchildren, Joshua and Shelby Stevens, and Colby and Kyle DuVerger; along with several nieces and nephews.
Jackie was born in Webster, a daughter of Albert and Laura (LaCroix) Snay. Jackie was brought up in Oxford as a child and moved to Charlton in 1970 to bring up her family. She graduated from Sacred Heart High School in Newport, VT.
Jackie was a member of Saint Joseph’s Church, homemaker, loved to read, camping and traveling with her family. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. The family suggests that memorial donations be made to a charity of one’s choice.
