Funeral Services for Theron Cook, age 81 of Ashburn will be held Wednesday at 11:00 A. M. at the Clements Chapel Methodist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Cook died Sunday February 16, 2014 after an extended illness.
Mr. Cook was a native and lifelong resident of Turner County the son of the late Thomas Dudley & Susan Ellen Clements Cook. He was Owner and Operator of All-Transportation Carriers, Inc.
Survivors include his wife Whilden Willis Cook, Ashburn, GA and three sons Michael Craig (JoAnn) Cook, Vienna, GA, Sheldon (Desiree) Cook, Ashburn, GA, and Jerry (Rhonda) Cook, Leesburg, GA and three daughters Ellen (Robert) Greer, Poulan, GA, Lajuana Ann (Randy) Branch, Hazelhurst, GA and Nancy Cook Reynolds, Poulan, GA and his brother Glynn (Faye) Cook, Ashburn, GA and Ten Grandchldren and Eighteen Great-Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from Six until Eight P. M. at the funeral home.
