Obituary

Worcester – Henry J. LeBoeuf Sr., 88, of 20 Mary Scano Dr. died on Tuesday October 19, in Christopher House after an illness.

Mr. LeBoeuf is survived by his wife of 63 years Jeanne E. (Champagne) Leboeuf of Worcester; a son Henry J. LeBoeuf Jr. of Auburn; a daughter Sr. Jaqueline LeBoeuf S.S.A. of Clenendin, WV; a sister Pauline Bostwick formerly of Auburn; three grandchildren Lori wife of Todd Michalak of Auburn, Gregory LeBoeuf of Webster and Timothy LeBoeuf Oxford; two great grandchildren Alyssa and Kassandra Michalak both of Auburn. Mr. LeBoeuf was born in Worcester son of Alfred L. and Lodia (Grenier) LeBoeuf.

He worked as a truck driver for 45 years at the John J. Nissen Baking Co. retiring in 1980. Mr. LeBoeuf was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Church, the Auburn Knights of Columbus Auburn Council #4158 where he was a past Grand Knight, and the Holy Name Boy Scout Troop #74 where he was a past Scoutmaster. Mr. LeBoeuf was also district chairman of camping and activities for the southwest scouting district and received both the Silver Beaver Award and the Height Award in Scouting.

The funeral will be held on Thursday October 21 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home (www.royfuneral.com) 12 Hammond St. with a mass at 10 AM in Holy Name of Jesus Church 53 Illinois St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours are from 6 to 8 PM in the funeral home on Wednesday October 20. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Sisters of Saint Anne 720 Boston Post Road East, Marlboro, MA 01752
