GLOUCESTER – Wayne G. Pastagal, 63, passed away peacefully at the Lakeview House, Haverhill, MA on Tuesday, February 11, 2014.
He was born on April 23, 1950 in Gloucester, MA, the son of Jose P. and the late Grace O. (Riley) Pastagal.
He graduated from Gloucester High School 1968. Wayne was a lifelong lobsterman as well as a stevedore.
He is survived by his father, Jose, Sr., Indiana; two brothers, Joe, Jr. (Shirley) Pastagal, Greensburg, IN and Andrew (Kathy) Pastagal, Gloucester, MA; godmother, Irene Spinney, Magnolia, MA; four nephews; two great-nieces and two great-nephews.
He was predeceased in death by his mother; brother, Herbert Pastagal and grandparents, Herbert and Elmira (Machado) Riley.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. There are no visiting hours.
