Laconia-----Robert Charles Bolton, 70, of 22 Strafford Street, died at his home on Friday, January 17, 2014. He was the widower of Carol V. (Johnston) Bolton who died December 29, 2012.
Mr. Bolton was born April 1, 1943 in Waltham, Mass., the son of Charles and Marion (Goodale) Bolton.
Mr. Bolton served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War. He had been employed as a cook at a number of nursing homes in the area and was also self-employed as a painter.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Brian & Barbara Moore and William and Jennifer Moore all of Laconia; a daughter, Wendy Barker, of Arizona and ten grandchildren.
There will be no calling hours.
A Graveside Service will be held in the spring at the family lot in Agawam Cemetery, Agawam, Mass.
