Leicester – Marie R. (Boisseau) Greenhalge, 89, of Leicester, died on Saturday, February 8th in the Overlook Masonic Health Center in Charlton.
Marie was married to Howard K. Greenhalge, who died in 1984. She is survived by a son, Wayne Greenhalge of Oxford; 2 daughters, Anne Rossetti of Worcester and Jane Shorrock of Gun Barrell City, TX; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. Mrs. Greenhalge was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Victor and Alma (Messier) Boisseau and is also predeceased by a son, Kenneth Greenhalge as well as 2 brothers and a sister.
Marie enjoyed many things throughout her lifetime; however, some of her most enjoyable things were, sewing, cross-stitching and baking.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, February 11th from 5 to 7PM in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester with a funeral service at 7 PM. Burial will be at a later date in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. Memorial contributions in memory of Marie may be made to American Cancer Society 30 Speen Street Framingham, MA 01701.
