Loving grandfather of Mark Smith and his wife Kim, James Smith and his wife Gay, Janine Dempsey and her husband Glen, Debra Roy and her husband Rob, William Lexner and his wife Maureen, Jamie Whitten and her husband Steve, and Joseph and Kevin Merigan. Also survived by 7 great-grandchildren. Brother of Catherine Dapolito.
