Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Tuesday at 8am. Funeral Mass in St. Edith Stein Church at 9am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Nilda “Pat” (Petronelli) Comstock died unexpectedly Friday at the Morton Hospital. Born in Milford, MA, she was raised in Brockton, a daughter of the late Paul and Maria (Bulso) Petronelli. She had been a resident of Brockton for over 70 years. For over 38 years she was dedicated to the care of veterans in the Brockton and surrounding areas; owning and operating the Comstock Veterans Foster Home in Brockton. She enjoyed her faith, family, music and dancing.
She is survived by one daughter Paula P. Kuketz and her husband Arthur of Plymouth, 3 grandchildren Stephen B. David A. and Lisa P. Kuketz, 4 great grandchildren, 3 sisters Rose Clark of West Yarmouth, Eleanor Walsh of Bridgewater, Lorraine Santoro of Brockton, 6 brothers Henry P. Petronelli of Brockton, Pasquale “Patsy” Petronelli of Newton, Guerino “Goody” Petronelli of Bridgewater Attilio “Tio” Petronelli of Easton, Guido Petronelli of Hanson and Ronald “Ronnie” Petronelli of West Bridgewater, and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Antoinette Derocher and Frederick “Freddy” Petronelli.
