Herbert V. “Buddy” Spencer, age 62, of Weymouth, passed away on Monday January 27, 2014. Former Marine of the Vietnam era and retired employee of the MWRA.
Loving brother of the late Carol A. Lydon and the late Charles F. Spencer of Holbrook. He is survived by his sister Donna M. Whitley of Plymouth and his brother in law Thomas Lydon of Holbrook and many nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts.
