Lawrence A. Carbone, 54 of Malden formerly of Medford died Monday after a brief illness in the Whidden Memorial Hospital Everett, MA.
Born in Medford, he lived in Malden for the past 20 years. Lawrence was a assembler at Market Forge in Everett for the past 25 years.
Mr. Carbone was a US Navy Vietnam Veteran.
Lawrence is survived by a son Angelo Carbone and his wife Deborah of Everett, and a daughter Tiffaney Carbone of Everett. He is the son of Lillian (Jamjochian) Carbone of Medford and the late Angelo Carbone. Brother of Catherine Tello and her husband Anthony of Medford, Edward Carbone and his wife Patricia of Boxborough and former husband of Stephanie. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday at 9 AM in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden the Rev. Richard Mehm officiating.
Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
Friends may visit Wednesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations may be sent in Lawrence’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701
