Henry Theodore “Hank” Ramirez, 82, of the Bowen’s Mill Christian Community, Ben Hill County, Georgia, died Monday, October 11, 2004 at the Life Care Center in Fitzgerald, Georgia.
Graveside services will be held 2:30 PM, Saturday, October 16, 2004, at Sandy Ridge Cemetery, Ben Hill County, with Rev. John Henson and Rev. Claude Mack officiating. Memorial services immediately following at the Gathering Place, with Rev. Jimmy Fant officiating.
Mr. Ramirez was born June 1, 1922, in Paincourtville, Louisiana to the late Emile Ramirez and Clementine Blanchard Ramirez Leipersberger. He was a graduate of Metairie, Louisiana High School. Mr. Ramirez served in the United States Marine Corps during World War II. He was a retired Office Manager for Bryan Chevrolet.
Mr. Ramirez is survived by his children: Sandra “Sandy” Gladden, San Clemente, CA, Cynthia “Cindy” Bodker, New Orleans, LA and Donald Ramirez; Mandeville, LA; sister: Theresa Skinner, Metairie, LA; brothers: James and Emile Ramirez; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren
