Obituary

Dorothy M. (Crisafulli) Cella of Framingham died on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at the Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. She was ninety-one years old.

Born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts on July 29, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Carmello & Lucy (Tomasello) Crisafulli. She was raised in Natick and worked as a clerk for the Zayre & T.J. Maxx distribution Center of Framingham for over twenty years.

Mrs. Cella was a resident of Framingham, a devote catholic, a member of St. George’s Church of Framingham and the St. George Senior Group.

Dorothy enjoyed her family, watching daily Mass on television and the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. She was also a great cook.

Mrs. Cella was the devoted wife of the late Desidero “Danny” Cella with whom they shared twenty-seven years of marriage. She was the loving mother of Alice Tabellione & her husband Joseph of Unionville, CT, Lucy McKinley & her husband Paul of Natick & Charles Cella & his wife Catherine of Ellington, CT.

Cherished grandmother of Alexander Lindfors & his wife Jennifer of CT, Lisa Choate & her husband Bobby of Georgia, Richard Bostick & his wife Jess of Hudson, Joni Krasusky & her husband Roger of Amston, CT & Michael Cella of Ellington, CT.

Great grandmother of Scott, Marisa, Andrew, Natalie, Travis & Hope.

Caring sister of John Crisafulli of Natick, the late Fiarino Crisafulli & his wife Frances of Natick, the late Joseph Crisafulli & his wife Rena of FL, the late Domenic Crisafulli & his late wife Clara, the late Sam Crisafulli & his late wife Janet & the late Grace Foley & her late husband Paul. Also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.

Visiting hours in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St., at Natick Common on Tuesday, January 21st from 4:00-7:00PM.

Funeral Wednesday, January 22nd from the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home at 10:00AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Dorothy’s beloved St. George’s Church, 74 School St., Framingham at 11:00AM.

Relatives & friends respectfully invited.
Burial in St. Tarcisius Cemetery, Framingham.
